Alexander James McLean – AJ - is born on January 9^th 1978 in West Palm Beach, Florida. AJ’s parents get divorced when Alex is 4 Years old. His mom raises him on his own: they live in a residential area of new buildings in West Palm Beach and AJ goes out with his freind very often. Soon he wants to take center stage and becomes a model with an enormous amount of ability to assert himself – at the age of 7 he has his own setcard. His mother Denise recognizes his talent and nurtures it as much as possible.

The producer sees him on one of his countless fashion shows and engages him for the play “Snow white” – he plays Dopey the dwarf and is convincing everyone of his talent – so he gets a 2-year-contact.

Besides elementary school he takes lessons at the “Baco Raton stage studio”, where he practises ballet and dance 2 hours a day for 5 years. Denise also gets role in the popular US-series “I’m home” for her son.

At the age of 12 AJ moves with his mom to his grandparents Adolph and Ursula in Kissimee. He attends the private drama school “Florida Academy of Dramatic Arts” for 4 years. Besides he works as a model to supplement his pocket money.

In his freetime Aj loves to play basketball and billard. He likes drawing – in his room there is a huge drawing board. Besides he reads Shakespeare and the bible and writes dreamy poems.

Another big shadow in AJ’s childhood – beside the divorce of his parents – is the dramatic car accident in which his best friend Christie dies when AJ is only 13 years old.
